Making It Easy for HP/Poly and Cisco Video Conferencing Systems to Join Teams, Zoom, and Google Meetings - and Control the Room, too!

May 22, 2025 – Aveo Systems’ Craig Richardson and Synergy SKY’s Tor Halvorsen step through how using Mira Connect and SKY CONNECT help you get more from Poly (and Cisco) video conferencing systems.

Dial Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet meetings without having to change provider modes or reboot the Poly video conferencing system. Users can join these meetings with one touch from a Microsoft 365 calendar invitation or by simply entering a meeting ID.

Users can use popular web meeting features and control other audio-visual systems in the room as well, using Aveo Systems’ Mira Connect AV control system.

Elevating Zoom Rooms with Mira Connect Software

06/26/2024 - (44 min) Learn how to use Mira Connect software and Mira Portal to automatically generate Zoom Rooms Native Control JSON files for controlling AV equipment directly from any Zoom Rooms controller. We'll show how to add equipment to a room in Mira Portal along with the steps to generate the Zoom Rooms JSON file. We'll show how to add the JSON file into Zoom's portal and have the room controls appear on any Zoom Rooms controller. Finally, we'll include troubleshooting tips and show how you can use the Mira Connect UI in a browser to confirm operation or provide another user interface for controlling the AV equipment either in the room or from anywhere.

Introduction to Mira Connect Software
